Welcome to Fushiya. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fushiya website, educational platform, livestreams, downloadable materials, educational content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, registering for, enrolling in, or using Fushiya, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Educational Purpose

Fushiya is an educational platform dedicated to providing structured Arabic language instruction through live classes, educational materials, assignments, quizzes, examinations, recordings, and related educational resources.

All materials and services provided through Fushiya are intended solely for educational purposes.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

By enrolling in Fushiya, you represent and warrant that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  
  
• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or you are enrolling with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  
  
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  
  
• You satisfy any prerequisites identified by Fushiya.
  
  
• You agree to comply with all policies and requirements established by Fushiya.
  
  

Fushiya reserves the right to accept, deny, suspend, or terminate enrollment at its discretion.

3. Program Commitment

The Fushiya Arabic Program is designed as a structured twelve (12) month course of study.

Students acknowledge that:

• Enrollment is limited.
  
  
• Cohort seating is reserved specifically for enrolled students.
  
  
• Instructional resources are allocated based on enrollment.
  
  
• Registration should only be completed by students prepared for serious and consistent participation.
  
  
• Enrollment is intended to represent a commitment to complete the full program.
  
  

Students who are uncertain about their availability, financial circumstances, or ability to participate consistently are encouraged to carefully evaluate those considerations before enrolling.

4. Tuition and Payment Terms

Current tuition for the Fushiya Arabic Program is $250 USD per month, unless otherwise stated by Fushiya.

By enrolling, students agree that:

• Tuition is billed & due monthly.
  
  
• Tuition payments must be made on time, by the first of each month.
  
  
• Students are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
  
  
• Access to classes, assessments, recordings, educational materials, and related resources may be suspended for unpaid balances.
  
  
• Enrollment is based upon the tuition structure disclosed at the time of registration.
  
  

Fushiya reserves the right to modify tuition rates for future enrollment periods.

Any tuition changes will not affect students during an active enrollment term unless otherwise disclosed.

5. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Students may discontinue participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to Fushiya.

All tuition payments made to Fushiya are final and non-refundable.

Fushiya does not provide refunds for:

• Voluntary withdrawal from the program.
  
  
• Missed classes.
  
  
• Failure to attend classes.
  
  
• Failure to complete assignments, quizzes, examinations, or course requirements.
  
  
• Scheduling conflicts.
  
  
• Personal circumstances.
  
  
• Dissatisfaction with academic performance.
  
  
• Technical issues originating from the student’s internet connection, equipment, software, or third-party services.
  
  

Students are encouraged to carefully review program expectations before enrolling.

Withdrawal from the program does not automatically alter any obligations established through enrollment, applicable policies, or separate enrollment agreements.

6. Failed Payments and Payment Disputes

If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise cannot be processed:

• Fushiya may suspend access to Services.
  
  
• Outstanding balances may remain due.
  
  
• Reinstatement may require payment of past-due amounts.
  
  

Students agree to contact Fushiya directly regarding billing concerns before initiating payment disputes whenever reasonably possible.

7. Student Conduct

Students agree to maintain respectful and professional conduct throughout participation in the program.

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Harassment or abuse of instructors, staff, or students.
  
  
• Disruptive behavior during classes or livestreams.
  
  
• Spam or unauthorized advertising.
  
  
• Sharing private class access without authorization.
  
  
• Uploading malicious or harmful content.
  
  
• Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or impersonation.
  
  
• Conduct that interferes with the educational environment.
  
  

Fushiya reserves the right to suspend or remove students who violate these standards.

8. Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to participate consistently and engage seriously with the curriculum.

Students remain responsible for reviewing missed lessons, assignments, and materials.

Fushiya does not guarantee that missed live sessions can be individually repeated or rescheduled.

9. Technology Requirements

Participation in the program requires:

• Reliable internet access.
  
  
• A compatible device capable of accessing online educational content.
  
  
• A valid email address.
  
  
• The ability to access livestreams and course materials.
  
  

Fushiya is not responsible for technical issues arising from a student’s personal equipment, internet connection, software configuration, or third-party platforms.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Fushiya materials remain the intellectual property of Fushiya.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Lecture recordings
  
  
• PDFs
  
  
• Sharh notes
  
  
• Homework
  
  
• Quizzes
  
  
• Exams
  
  
• Branding
  
  
• Logos
  
  
• Blog content
  
  
• Videos
  
  
• Educational frameworks
  
  
• Course materials
  
  

Materials are provided solely for personal educational use.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, republication, resale, commercial exploitation, or public distribution of materials is prohibited without written permission.

11. Livestreams and Recordings

Fushiya classes may be livestreamed or recorded through third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• YouTube
  
  
• Instagram
  
  
• TikTok
  
  
• X (Twitter)
  
  
• Other educational or streaming platforms
  
  

By participating in classes, students acknowledge that portions of classes may be recorded or publicly distributed for educational purposes.

Students remain subject to the policies and terms of any third-party platforms used.

12. Educational Disclaimer

Fushiya does not guarantee:

• Fluency
  
  
• Certification
  
  
• Academic placement
  
  
• Employment
  
  
• Professional advancement
  
  
• Specific educational outcomes
  
  

Student success depends upon attendance, consistency, effort, participation, and independent study.

13. No Accreditation

Fushiya is an independent educational program.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Fushiya does not grant accredited academic degrees, university credit, or government-recognized educational credentials.

14. Scheduling and Program Changes

Fushiya reserves the right to:

• Modify schedules.
  
  
• Revise curriculum.
  
  
• Update educational materials.
  
  
• Change instructional methods.
  
  
• Adjust program structure.
  
  
• Reschedule classes when necessary.
  
  

Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes in advance.

Fushiya may utilize third-party providers including but not limited to:

Fushiya is not responsible for outages, interruptions, policy changes, security incidents, or technical failures originating from third-party services.
